Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concerning:

Goods made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised to the customer’s individual needs.
Individually made jewellery or products created specifically according to customer requests.
