At Cup of Hygge, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our products are carefully selected, and many of our items are handmade with love and attention to detail.
Returns
When purchasing through our online shop, you generally have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

The item must be:
- unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- returned in its original packaging where possible
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or an incorrect item has been delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and send us a description and photos of the issue. We will find a suitable solution together with you.
Handmade and Custom-Made Products
Please note that custom-made products or items created specifically according to your wishes may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable regulations.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will inform you by email whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
